About Bounty Bay
Bounty Bay is an independent UK online shop offering original designs on clothing, accessories and other products. Products are produced on demand and supplied to customers in the UK.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order with Bounty Bay, you will receive an order confirmation by email. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Bounty Bay products are printed on demand, which means they are produced after your order is placed rather than being held as pre-produced stock.
Delivery
Bounty Bay currently delivers to UK addresses only.
Standard postage and packaging is £3.19. Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 days, although delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods or around bank holidays.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about an order, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, images and other original content displayed on Bounty Bay are owned by Bounty Bay and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Website Use
We aim to keep the information on Bounty Bay accurate and up to date. We may occasionally update product information, prices, availability or these Terms & Conditions.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Your Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
